Return’s

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at service13avicton@gmail.com. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Non-Returnable Item’s

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
Digital downloads
Sale items (if applicable)

Refund’s

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be transferred directly to the bank account provided by you in the AVICTON application. Please ensure your account details are correct and updated.

Exchange’s

Exchanges are only available if you provide video proof showing that the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To request an exchange, please email the video proof along with your order details to service13avicton@gmail.com

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
